The Power of the Mind
The work of Louise L. Hay, and many others that have come before and after her, point to the fact that there are metaphysical causes to every disease.
When we have mental and emotional issues going on in our life, it causes a block in the flow of our energy field or aura. If we are unable to deal with these issues, then energy block moves in through the layers to eventually end up as dis-ease in the mind-body system.
E-Motion = Energy in Motion, but if the energy is blocked it stagnates, and has an effect on the physical body.
Living in a state of constant stress increases the adrenaline and cortisol in the body, which then increases the acidity of the body. Acid blood snd tissues leads to inflammation and inflammatory diseases such as diabetes, arthritis and cancer, to name but a few. We also know that when we have more of the stress hormones in our body and are in a state of fight-flight or freeze, it can suppress the immune system, the digestive system and even the sex drive, as the ancient fight-flight-freeze system was designed to help us run away from a predator. Unfortunately evolution has not caught up with our modern world, where we go into a panic because we are running late for an appointment, are stuck in a traffic jam, or are dealing with conflict and work deadlines. This is why our modern world now has so many stress-related illnesses and disease.
I have had breast cancer twice and bone cancer once. In every case I was under huge family stress at the time and in fact saw each bout of cancer as a way to serve me. The first incident allowed me to get clear about my life purpose. The second, which was the bone cancer, allowed me to hone my skills and knowledge and my intuition, so that through Reiki, self-hypnosis, meditation, alkalising my system via diet and nutrients, and trusting in my intuition, I was able to heal the bone cancer on my rib. It also allowed me to transition into my life path of becoming a full time healer, integrating mind and body techniques and energy medicine. The third bout of cancer was during a 3 year custody battle to get some custody of a grandchild, and a time my mother-in-law was dying. It was a time of great stress, however eventually I came to see the cancer as a gift. I used the time off as a holiday! I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction using stomach fat, muscle and blood supply, and to the doctor’s amazement, the only pain relief I had was Panadol. During all of this, I gained many insights into mind-body medicine, and in fact how powerful the subconscious mind truly is. In order to heal, we must feel. We must release the trapped inner traumas hidden in the depths of the subconscious mind, to which the conscious mind has no real access.
All of the tools and information on this page will help you, but you must also be willing to do the heavy duty work of uncovering the root cause them moving through forgiveness of others and self, to know that you deserve to be here!
if you’ve found this page by accident, by all means use it. But please make sure you book in with me to do 5-PATH Hypnosis to clear the causes so you subconscious mind will continue to work in your behalf to help you heal.
Stephen Parkhill, the author of “Answer Cancer” is an extraordinary hypnotherapist. He uses the same techniques that I do with clients, and has an amazingly high success rate of helping terminal and non-terminal cancer clients return back to full health once more.
All healing is a partnership between you the client, your therapist and God or the Universe. If you are willing to do the work, I commit to walking the path alongside you, to help you get the best results we can achieve together.
80% of cancer sufferers are over 60 years of age. Conventional wisdom argues that even if you lived the perfect life and didn’t smoke, drank only water, ate organic and so on, over time you would still build up toxic waste in your cells.
It is of course true that some dietary and lifestyle misdemeanours build excessive toxins around your DNA.
Smoking, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, salt, junk food, fried foods, bad fats and excessive oestrogen produce excessive toxins inside the cellular environment and should be avoided where possible.
The worst of these toxins are termed “free radicals”. Free radicals are especially dangerous because they have an unpaired electron.
Basically, in plain English, this means they stick to other molecules, for example, your immune cells or your DNA and try to rip off an electron, so causing great damage.
The crucial issue facing each and every one of us, whether or not we have cancer, is to try and reduce the level of toxins
Why? Because more toxins cause more DNA damage and more impairment of your immune system.
The volume of toxins, including free radicals, can be lessened by:
Consuming less toxins in the first place
Avoiding being overweight, since this causes higher levels of toxins in the body. (Overweight people are estimated to be 40% more likely to get cancer – fat is a solvent for toxins)
Taking light exercise to move the lymph system in the body
Consuming adequate levels of water each day to ‘wash out’ and cleanse the blood, lymph and liver.
Taking anti-oxidants, which will neutralise the free radicals.
Trying to boost levels of hormones, which also neutralise free radicals, but which decline with age.
Avoiding every day toiletry, household and cosmetic products that contain carcinogens
Avoiding natural problems like electromagnetic fields around power lines, excessive x-rays and areas of radon gas.

Hormones
Hormone supplements are only available on prescription in the U.K. This is because even small amounts are very, very powerful and can cause the whole body to go into imbalance.
One major cause of imbalance is the consumption of excess sugars and carbohydrate, which causes temporary and sometimes excessive levels of insulin to be produced and this has a ‘knock-on’ effect on all the hormones in the body.
Three hormones, Melatonin, Human Growth Hormone (HgH) and DHEA all have the ability to neutralise dangerous free radicals. The problem is that their production declines in our bodies from a peak at puberty, to almost zero at the age of 70.
Steps can be taken to improve levels. Sleep is crucial to the production of both Melatonin and HgH. The amino acid Tryptophan is the precursor of Melatonin. Argenine, orthine and choline help stimulate HgH production, as does resistance training.
Move your lymph
The volume of lymph in your body is twice that of your blood.
However, it has no ‘heart’ to pump it around.
Clean lymph is vital as it bathes all our cells and carries away toxins.
Drinking 2-3 litres of water per day will help the cancer patient.
Light exercise, especially that which moves the chest where the thoratic lymph duct is situated, helps the flow of lymph to take toxins from the cell, into the blood stream and then to be expelled from the body.
Swimming, press-ups, yoga, T’ai Chi, laughing and yawning all move the lymph.
2. ACID BODIES
Both the immune system and your normal cellular biochemistry need slightly alkaline conditions in which to function to their maximum effect. The diets and lifestyles, and stresses and strains of modern Western life produce acid bodies, and cancer sufferers seem to be worse than most.
Alcohol, smoking, red meat, fizzy soft drinks, processed food, lack of sleep and stress all increase the acidity of your body.
The best ‘alkaline ash’ providers in the body ( this means that the residual from these foods leaves an alkaline pH) are cooked spinach, fresh ginger, Noni juice, garlic, kale, raisins, dates and figs (especially dried), soya beans and soya, whole brown rice and watercress.
Unfortunately, the alkaline ash producers are weaker at their job than the acid builders, so to balance your pH you have to consume far more of the latter group.
You can buy pH-testing kits to measure your current acidity, and you can have your blood and cellular biochemistry analysed for deficiencies, stress and toxin levels.
For the time being, use the list below to redress your pH balance.

Helpful Products
These are just a few of the products that I used to get rid of the bone cancer. There is also a lot of other information out there, so get cracking! You might also like to look into Essential Oils such as doTERRA Lemon, Frankinsence and Copiaba.
Flor Esssence uses the same 8 herbs used in the original Cassie Tea or Essiac.
N-acetyl cysteine is an antioxidant that might play a role in preventing cancer. As a drug, it’s used by healthcare providers to treat acetaminophen (Tylenol) poisoning. It works by binding the poisonous forms of acetaminophen that are formed in the liver.
I have not personally used this product, but one of my clients was put on NAC by her Naturopath to lessen the negative effects of chemo. She was on heavy duty chemotherapy and said that after taking NAC she felt different, and a whole lot better since taking it, as though the chemo wasn’t making her as sick.
