Mother Earth is Calling Us

Mother Earth is Calling Us

🌍 The energy of the planet is calling for us all to raise our vibration. It’s time to step up to the next level of our spiritual evolution and consciousness.
We can start with a compassionate heart and grow that vibration from our centre to bring about Vibrational and energetic resonance with all those who have ears to hear and a heart and mind that is open.
This year I will be focusing on helping others to truly connect with their Spirit, so they too can raise up and as they rise they will connect with and inspire others to do the same.
This is the Soul’s journey. To be healed and to heal. To learn and to teach.
We are all in this together.

From the dawn of life on Earth, the planet has had what’s known as “natural frequency.” The Earth’s natural frequency is called the Schumann Resonance, which pulsates at a rate of 7.83 hertz. It surrounds and protects all living things on the planet. As people evolved, they became more in-tune with the Earth’s natural vibrations.

Scientific studies show that the human brain reaches its ultimate potential for health and wellness when it resonates with the Earth’s 7.83-hertz frequency. Staying in sync with the Earth’s natural frequency can positively affect physical and mental health, daily performance and promote an overall sense of well-being.

But studies show that frequencies emitted from modern technology like electrical appliances, TVs, mobile phones and Wi-Fi, are interfering with the body’s ability to stay in sync with the Earth’s natural vibrations.

This interference can negatively affect the body’s immune system, energy levels and interfere with sleep quality. It could be one of the reasons why so many of us are often feeling stressed and anxious.

If you want to improve your overall sense of well-being, it’s important to get enough sleep, reduce your stress and keep your energy levels elevated.

What Lowers Our Energy?

Chronic insomnia can lead to a whole host of frightening medical conditions such as diabetes, stroke and heart attacks. It can also be responsible for increasing the body’s stress response, which then has a flow on affect.

Most of us find ourselves stuck in fast-moving “work mode.” With looming work deadlines and family obligations, it’s no wonder why we feel so stressed out. When stressed, the body triggers its “fight or flight” stress hormones.

Occasional stress is OK and even beneficial, but constant stress can weaken your immune system and make you more vulnerable to illness. Remember the times when you went outside and into nature, away from the hustle and bustle of city life and ended up feeling more relaxed and less stressed?

The constant interference of modern technology’s artificial frequencies can leave you feeling on edge and unsettled.

When your body is out of sync with the earth’s natural frequency, you might feel run down and not on top of your game. Stress and particularly a lack of sleep can make it difficult for your body to sustain its energy levels and stay focused throughout the day. Most people, from busy working parents to professional athletes, can benefit from a safe and natural energy boost.
