Are you ready to rid yourself off excess weight forever? There are several different approaches when it comes to designing your personalised Weight Reduction journey. We can use 5-PATH Advanced Hypnosis, we can uncover and neutralise the causes of your eating problems, so you are back in control. We can also use a Mental-Detox and Kinetic Shift for rapid change, and for some, the Hypnotic Gastric Band may be a great option, which we will discuss on your first appointment.

Carol has over 40 years experience helping people in this field, owning and operating Fitness Centres for more that 20, then training in Clinical and 5-PATH in 2005 and 2007. She has an edge as she also trained as a Fat Loss Leader for the Australian Fitness Network in the 1980’s. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, to help you transform you mind and body and be free.

Below is a Client Form, a 6-Week Weight Loss Program which my clients and members used to lose weight when I ran fitness centres for 20+ years. There is also a Hypnotic Gastric Band Booklet to look through, but the HGB is only really effective for those struggling with portion control. Complete the Client Form below and either email it to me at carol@carolmacrae.com, or bring it with you for your first appointment. Then read through the Feelings Indicator, and the other material, and start listening the MP3s before your first session, to maximise the effectiveness of our work together.

Whatever the underlying causes, when the mind and body work together we can achieve rapid success!

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different, and therefore requires an individual approach for their specific needs, however, most people find that they will gain the greatest benefit from 2 to 5 sessions, plus a follow up a month later.

Everyone is different, and weight loss can be complicated, because it is often linked to “protection” and hormones. If there is anger or other emotions, they can increase adrenaline and cortisol, and cortisol can cause the body to hold onto weight, so we will need to deal with as many of these causes as we are able to, within the scope of hypnosis. If you have an underlying medical condition, it may be beneficial to seek medical advice before commencing your therapy. Optimum results can generally be gained by having appointments 3 to 10 days apart, as each session builds on the session before it.

Don’t worry too much if you are short on time, because the real work is done in our hypnosis sessions when you’re with me. These MP3s are different to the work we do in your session, but they will get you well and truly on your journey to becoming happier and healthier before you even walk in my door or jump online for your session.

Once you’ve completed your first 3 sessions you will then receive a link to support your Weight Loss journey with more MP3s and resources.

Download “Introduction to Hypnosis MP3s” to your Desktop or folder, and either import the mp3 files into your iTunes or device, copy onto your mp3 Player or burn onto a CD. Play the CD each night to help you go into hypnosis easily, relax and de-stress, balance your energy, sleep well, and learn self-hypnosis. Recommended for clients to listen to, for at least one week before your consultation to get a greater understanding of hypnosis and have a little practice first. Continue to listen for a calmer, more relaxed life!
