6. Kinesiology Emotional Reset Tap – 1 minute
A simple meridian-based technique. Tapping these points can be a stand-alone technique if you don’t have time to complete everything, as it also boosts the immune system and calms the adrenals and emotions.
1. K27 tapping (switch brain on, restore energy flow)
What it does:
Stimulating the K27 point (located at the base of the collarbone) is said to boost energy and circulation, similar to a “psychological acupuncture” point.
- Switches the brain “on”
- Improves polarity and coordination
- Helps with overwhelm and mental fatigue
- Resets the nervous system
- Helps anxiety, overwhelm, “fight or flight”
- Improves focus and emotional balance
When to use:
To give yourself an energy boost or help with concentration.
2. Thymus tapping (immunity + stress regulation)
What it does:
This involves gently tapping the centre of the chest bone where the thymus gland is located.
- Activates the thymus
- Boosts T-cell production
- Strengthens immune system
- Stabilises energy after stress
A perfect follow-on from K27.
When to use:
To help manage feelings of stress or being emotional, and to get an energy boost.
3. Below-the-eye tapping (and hand crossing optional) -Stomach meridian (calms worry, supports emotional processing)
What it does:
Tapping points below the eyes can help calm the nervous system. Crossing your hands while tapping, or performing other cross-body movements, helps to integrate the brain’s right and left hemispheres, which is called a homolateral crossover.
Benefits:
- Helps calm worry
- Supports grounding
- Regulates digestion + emotional processing
When to use:
This helps with overall emotional balance, stress reduction, and better integration between your brain and body.
4. Tapping Spleen Points (Spleen 21 + Spleen neurolymphatics)
The Spleen meridian is all about boosting the immune system. While it’s not directly related to calming the nervous system it is an easy addition to your routine and is optional.
Two options for spleen tapping:
A. Spleen Neurolymphatic Reflex Points
Located on the sides of the body (below the bra line).
Rub or tap gently.
Purpose:
- Supports spleen meridian
- Helps energy metabolism
- Boosts general vitality
- Strengthens immunity and digestion
B. Spleen 21 (Major Lymph point)
Under the armpit area, rib space.
Purpose:
- Helps clear lymphatic stagnation
- Supports the immune system
- Assists emotional flow
5. Triple Warmer Techniques
– To calm stress, soothe the nervous system, and switch off “fight–flight–freeze”
In kinesiology and energy medicine, Triple Warmer (also called Triple Burner or San Jiao) governs your entire survival system — the stress response, adrenal function, vigilance, and emergency energy.
When it becomes overactive, people experience:
- anxiety
- overwhelm
- irritability
- exhaustion
- difficulty “switching off”
- getting stuck in fight/flight mode
- feeling jumpy, reactive, or wired-but-tired
- Temple tapping helps restore balance beautifully.
- Repeat 3–5 times
Triple Warmer Smoothie

- Place your fingers at your temples. Hold for one deep breath, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth;
- On another deep breath, slowly slide your fingers up and around your ears, smoothing the skin while maintaining some pressure;
- On the out breath, slide your fingers down and behind your neck and hang them on your shoulders;
- Push your fingers into your shoulders, and when you are ready, drag them over the top of your shoulders and smooth them to the middle of your chest over your heart.
- Repeat 3 to 5 times.
Tap Triple Warmer Hand Point
– to Sedate Triple Warmer Meridian (see picture)
This exercise can calm anxiety and worry.
- On the backside of your hand, find the groove between the ring and pinky fingers;
- Tap into the groove while thinking of stress (You can also rest your flat hand on your heart and tap in the groove.).
If you are having difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, we can help you. Our functional medicine providers understand that sleep disorders can be caused by many factors. Sometimes, simple exercises and lifestyle.
Tracing the Triple Warmer Backwards to calm and sedate
- Place your fingers at the temples
(This is the END point of the normal Triple Warmer meridian — so it becomes the START for the backwards trace.) - Gently sweep around and behind the ears following the meridian in reverse.
- Continue tracing down the side/back of the neck towards the shoulder.
- Move down the outside of the upper arm following the meridian line.
- Trace down the outside of the forearm staying along the natural path.
- Finish at the back of the hand, ending on the ring finger (the true beginning of the meridian).
- Repeat 2–3 times
slowly and smoothly.
Benefits:
- Turns off the “fight–flight–freeze” response
- Calms anxiety, panic, hypervigilance
- Helps the body feel safe
- Reduces adrenal overload
- Supports the spleen & immune system
- Eases overwhelm, irritability, emotional reactivity
- Helps restore energetic balance and grounding
Benefits of working with Triple Warmer:
- Calms the stress response
- Switches off “fight or flight”
- Reduces anxiety and overwhelm
- Helps the body feel safe
- Supports the spleen + immune system
- Promotes emotional balance and restfulness
Trace it forward starting at the finger to boost adrenaline and energy!
Combining These Kinesiology Methods
This creates a beautiful, well-rounded emotional + immune + grounding reset.
How they work together:
- Overall goal: Tapping rubbing or tracing these points and meridians aims to reduce stress by regulating the nervous system through the stimulation of acupressure points.
- Emotional reset: Combining these points provides a multi-faceted approach to resetting the body’s stress response and re-balancing its subtle energy systems, promoting emotional and physical well-being.
This fits perfectly into your energy-reset sequence.
7. Earth Cord Grounding – 1 minute
Wonderful for empaths, healers, and busy days.

On the exhale, release stress down the cord.
On the inhale, draw up nourishing Earth Qi.
Benefits:
- Deep grounding
- Reduces hypervigilance
- Strengthens energetic resilience
8. Water-Cleanse Ritual – 30 seconds

Say quietly: “Cleanse, clear, release.”
Benefits:
- Daily reset
- Eases emotional load
- Balances the auric field
9. Solar Plexus Reset (Hands-on)
– 1 minute
Great for people pleasers, over-givers, and anyone carrying emotional tension.
The reset works by harmonising both centres at once — personal power + grounding.

- The upper hand sits over the solar plexus area,
- Take slow breaths until the belly softens.
Benefits:
- Releases tension and emotional guarding
- Restores confidence and clarity
- Balances personal power centre
10. Evening Energy Closure – 1 minute
A simple way to unwind and protect your field before sleep.
How to do it:
Either bring hands together in Gassho or cross your arms gently over your chest (like a self-hug).
Breathe deeply.
Say: “I call my energy back. I release what is not mine.”
Benefits:
- Closes the day’s energetic loops
- Reduces empath fatigue
- Enhances sleep and emotional healing
As you weave these simple energy rituals into your day, you begin to remember something profound: healing doesn’t only happen in big moments — it happens quietly, consistently, and compassionately, in the small choices you make to return to yourself.
Each practice is an invitation.
A moment to breathe.
A moment to ground.
A moment to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
Whether you’re clearing your aura, grounding into the Earth, soothing Triple Warmer, or closing your energy for the night, you are training your system to feel safe, centred, and supported. Over time, these gentle rituals create a ripple effect – calming your mind, restoring your power, and strengthening your inner light.
Your energy shapes your reality. And when you care for it, everything in your life begins to shift.
May these practices bring you balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace as you move through each day.
Namaste,
